Why we like a challenge.

If you love what you do, you want to participate at the highest level. Our engineers enjoy the satisfaction that comes from tackling a unique or demanding assignment. A challenge keeps them fresh, motivated and sharp. Frankly, we could make a good living doing standard “cookie cutter” type projects. But that may lead to people becoming “stale” and losing their creative edge. We don’t turn away routine assignments. We approach every project with an eye open for creativity and imagination.

Nothing is more challenging for a mechanical engineering firm than today's high-tech and biotech companies. They have extremely exacting demands. Reliability is crucial to profitability. Specialized equipment and systems must work together seamlessly. When hazardous materials are involved, even the back-up systems require back-up systems. For these companies "good enough" won't do. Systems must perform to specification everyday. Failure is not an option. These are the projects that keep us on our toes and provide a significant sense of pride when the job is done
