Project Summary

DENTAL EXPRESS CLINIC 1

• This project consisted of the mechanical and plumbing engineering design to convert an existing restaurant to accommodate a dental clinic inclusive of 12 private dental exam rooms, 2 sterile labs, plaster lab, waiting room, 4 restrooms, and other ancillary spaces for an approximated total of 5,200 square feet. The design included dental vacuum, N2O, and O2 piping design.

DENTAL EXPRESS CLINIC 2

• This project consisted of the mechanical and plumbing engineering design to convert an existing restaurant to accommodate a dental clinic inclusive of 16 private dental exam rooms, 2 sterile labs, plaster lab, waiting room, 4 restrooms, and other ancillary spaces for an approximated total of 5,200 square feet. The design included domestic cold water, hot water and hot water return, natural gas, waste and vent piping below and above grade.
